Touch & Transfer Tire Soaper
The Model 8121 Touch & Transfer Tire soaper and 8122 Loader (horizontal tire position) applies lubricant simultaneously to both tire beads using a single vertical applicator
sleeve. Tire positioning arms move the tire into the soaping applicator. As the tire
is rotated on the O.D. by a fixed speed motor, the applicator is also rotated by a
separate drive, improving the application process by not dragging the tire across the
applicator. Dual guide / anti-pressure rollers prevent over crushing of the tire into
the applicator increasing applicator life. Applicator life is approximately 6 to 12
months, depending on product throughput.
Unit has a self contained tank with submerged recirculating pump, filter, flow
detection, level and anti-runaway sensor, supplying lubricant to the tire applicator.
This single unit can provide lubricant to either or both the tire and rim soapers.
Frequency of lubricant to the applicator is based on the number of cycles and duration
of lubricant, is easily adjustable via the main control panel touch screen.

Touch & Transfer Rim Soaper
The Model 8111 Touch & Transfer Rim Soaper for applying lubricant to both bead
seat areas. The rim is rotated as a rotating applicator (with fluid dispenser)
moves inwards contacting the rim. A rim guide roller prevents overpressure of
the applicator into the rim. Entrance and in station metering pins are included.
This application aids in both mounting and inflating as the tire beads contact
this area. Lubricant to the applicator is adjustable via the main panel touch
screen. As an optional item, the TPM rim valve module can be located and presented
for the best orientation for mounting.

Additional features include:
- Error proofing beam array detects width and diameter in 1/2 inch
increments (by family i.e. 16, 17, 18)
- Applicator rings guarantee full 360° contact at the necessary "bead seat"
