Burke Porter Machinery Company's equipment has an exceptional reputation for reliability in the field. An extremely responsive Customer Service department backs this reputation. We offer various levels of service from complete preventative maintenance contracts, installation, and start-up supervision, to field service on an as-needed basis. We also offer several levels of training, customized to meet your specific requirements.

We are dedicated to giving our customers excellent service. You can contact our Customer Help Desk for technical assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our Help Desk is manned during normal business hours by our most senior field service engineers – each with numerous years of experience servicing our machinery. It is their goal to give you the support you need, as quickly as possible.

Please have as much information as possible available when you call. Provide us with the Model Number and Serial Number of your machine, as well as detailed information regarding the part you need or the problem you’re experiencing.

Whether talking to our Service Representative by phone or filling out out Technical Support Form, you can help us to better rectify your problem by providing our representative with the following information:

1. Name and Location of your plant
2. Name of person calling for service or parts
3. Phone and Fax number
4. Model and serial number of the equipment in need of service or parts
5. Description of the problem in as much detail as possible
6. What steps have already been taken to rectify the problem

Burke Porter requires a Purchase Order or release number prior to service. If an after-hours
request for service is required and a Purchase Order cannot be obtained, BEP will require the signature of a supervisor or Plant Manager. In addition, we request the name and phone number of the contact who will provide BEP with a Purchase Order for services rendered by the following day.
