The NCA 3607 Non Contact Alignment Machine is designed to perform production line measuring and verification of vehicle alignment using a laser- based, computerized measurement system. The basic machine is fabricated of heavy duty welded structural steel members. The front and rear roller frames consist of rigid leg assemblies tied together with structural rectangular tubing spanning the legs from left to right. The tubing contains machined surfaces to mount the cradle roll floating carriages, vehicle centering units, sensor assemblies, and retaining rolls.
